The Challenge

The Coca-Cola Company desires to contract with The GMarie Group to develop online, live online, classroom, job aids and on-the-job training to assist with the implementation of the Latin American RDIC Program.

The objective of the training program is to build the Retail Design System capability by providing high-impact training that spreads knowledge and understanding of strategy and teaches the executors what is required to implement the new approach in the marketplace.

Our Solution

To meet these objectives, The GMarie Group (GMG) offers Coca-Cola its considerable experience in developing comprehensive learning solutions that lead to widespread knowledge and lasting change. Specifically, we propose the development of a blended learning solution that includes:

  • A thorough Analysis of the RDIC Program current state and desired states, resulting in a High Level Design that is custom-developed for each audience
  • A Communication Program that will engage and prepare both leaders and associates for the program to follow, including a series of creative and engaging video vignettes that disseminate knowledge and engender excitement
  • Practice-intensive Classroom and On the Job Training Sessions as a forum for best-practice sharing, scenario-based practice and feedback, and cultivating Service Excellence team spirit and culture
