Carrie Schermuly, Owner and Chief Executive Officer
The GMarie Group (GMG) is owned by Carrie Schermuly. Her past experience includes 19 years as a principal at TraCorp, an educational services company and LMS/LCMS provider to commercial and government customers. Her primary duties as part of the GMG and TraCorp management teams are human resources, accounting, finance management and facility management.
Andrew (Andy) Schermuly, President
Andrew Schermuly, is the founder of TraCorp and GMG’s current president. He is a former principal training engineer with Honeywell’s Aerospace Group. His specialization is the training needs of large and small organizations. He has formed working relationships with some of the United States largest public and private organizations. Current customers are Disney, Mars, Coca Cola, Boeing, Choice Hotels International, Banner Health, United Blood Services, Indian Health Service and the U.S. Military.
CJ Masters, Director of Operations
CJ Masters, with GMG since 2007, oversees the production of customer projects. She leads diverse teams composed of staff and subcontractors to develop learning solutions that incorporate animations, wikis, pod-casts, original music development and language translations. Her responsibilities include initial project scoping, SOW development, sourcing, project plan development and maintenance, and managing the end-to-end design, development and production. Her past experience with GMG customers includes Bank of America, Cargill, Disney Corporation and Arizona Department of Health and Human Services.
