The Power of Two

While The GMarie Group is focused on instructional design and learning consultation, TraCorp is focused on interactive media, learning technology, and learning management systems development. We keep the brands separate to highlight those two distinct skill sets. Both companies are owned by Carrie and Andy Schermuly, respectively. Customers generally contract with one organization to receive the services of both.

Staff of the two companies partner for smooth handoffs between instructional designers and media producers, for example, but each company has its own projects and specialties as well. We always assign a single project manager to liaison with customers, so it’s really about bringing the right expertise in the right phase of the project to accomplish the work.
