Potential members of The GMarie Group... we offer you a warm welcome.

We invite you to learn more about us by taking a look around our website. Once you’ve learned about us, our values and what we offer “Groupies,” we look forward to hearing from you.

Our primary purpose is to assist organizations to improve employee performance and, as a result, the overall performance of their organizations. We specialize in Instructional Design and Development and take a consultative approach in working with clients, focusing on their performance needs and ultimate goals for their workforce.

The foundation of our success is our group approach and the invaluable associates that form our group. Our associates are experienced instructional design and project management professionals, with the necessary background, education and expertise to help our clients succeed. We are dedicated and committed to customer service, product quality and collaborative teamwork.

Like many of you, our associates have experienced working in industries and organizations that subscribe to the "ready, fire, aim" philosophy of doing business. We work together to help organizations regain their focus on what they are aiming for and how training solutions can help them get there. We embrace training as one possible solution to improve performance.

books

Annually, we offer opportunities for Groupies nationwide to participate in "giving back" to our communities.

Our book-drive in 2006 benefited a school for homeless children. Groupies from all over the US participated in the book drive donating books for children ages 6 to 16.
